Since he won the second season of Australia’s Masterchef 6 years ago, Adam Liaw has been going from strength to strength, writing books, doing TV shows, traveling the world and eating along the way.
I’ve always liked him for his affable nature and his simple take on the food he cooks. His uncomplicated descriptions of the food he tries on his travels makes him instantly likeable in my book, as he goes out of his way to explain some foreign ingredient, likening it to something we can all relate to back home!
In saying this, and maybe it’s because I’m a bit hungry right now (and this isn’t helping I must say!), I stumbled across a recipe of his recently and thought I’d share it with you – just the pic of it looks good enough to eat, and with the exception of a couple of things all the other ingredients would most likely be in your pantry at home.
Good luck Adam and may you always stay the same, wherever your culinary journey leads you!
